Kimono: The Lazy Girl Trend

Is it a scarf, robe. No. Is it a cape? The KIMONO is inspired by the traditional Japanese wardrobe. Kimonos are super easy to wear and comes in various patterns and cuts. For lazy girls like me especially, kimonos work super well when you have to get ready in little time and yet look great.   DSC_8623 DSC_8495 In this look, I am layering a tank and shorts with a black printed kimono. I completed the look with a pair of white sneakers. You can see how a kimono managed to transform a boring ensemble into something super fun. I use these cheap tricks when my friends call me suddenly and don’t give me enough time to get ready to meet them for coffee. Humor me for a second, if I have a slightly bloated tummy and have to head out, kimonos work best for layering because it makes me look comfortable and helps hide my tummy. Ha ha!
